November 25 – December 11, 2022 at Riverside Theatre
In a rundown movie theatre in central Massachusetts, three underpaid employees sweep up popcorn in the empty aisles and tend to one of the last 35mm projectors in the state. The Flick pays tribute to the power of movies and paints a heartbreaking portrait of three characters and their working lives. (Pulitzer Prize, 2014)
Presenting Sponsors: David Maier and Matthew McGrane
Rose: Claire Boston
Sam: Elijah Jones
Avery: Ren Price
Skyler: Kyle Schindler
The Flick is appropriate for adults and older teenage audiences. Contains mature themes and language which some patrons may find offensive or triggering. Also contains short moments of flashing light from a projector.
